Various content items make up the complete UI of an Headjack App. Some items can be pushed dynamically and can be changed even after an app is published or build. Other items require a new app build to take effect.

Changing the App Icon

The app icon requires a new app build to take effect since it is directly packaged into the distributable app package or app package.

  1. Navigate to Apps > All Apps > “App name”
  2. Click on the App Icon and “Select Thumbnail”
  3. Select a Square 1024 x 1024 PNG image from the file explorer
  4. Click “Save” on the app page
  5. Start a new build for the target platform and reinstall the app

Changing a Video Thumbnail

Changing a video thumbnail doesn’t require a new app build and can be changed at any point in time, even after publication or installation. Please check how to Update an Headjack App for more information.
