When do you need Headjack Studio?

Suppose you are looking for more storage capacity or deploying a custom app or solution to a broad audience, and you need a second pair of eyes to help you out during roll-out or development. In that case, Headjack Studio is the perfect solution for you!

How do I get additional Studio+ bundles?

To get one or more of the Studio+ bundles added to your Studio account, please contact us here to discuss which of the optional Studio+ bundles and options are best for you.

Are Headjack studio plans always annual contracts?

Studio clients are generally customers that build or require deep integrations with our platform and therefore need additional support or maintenance for a more extended period. Although our studio licenses are always annual contracts, you can pay in monthly installments spread out over 12 months. You can also choose to pay everything at once to make invoicing easier, whatever you prefer.

What happens when I breach the Fair use Policy for downloading too much content?

In the first instance, nothing your apps keep functioning as they did before, and you get notified by us by e-mail. We designed our fair use policy so that it will cover 99% percent of our users. We will cook up a custom invoice that should cover our server costs for that one percent that falls out of the fair use policy.

How do I downgrade or cancel my account?

Please reach out to support, and they will happily assist you with downgrading or canceling your account at any point. Since all of our studio plans are annual contracts, you still have access to the end of your payment term.

Can I rebrand or resell your software?

Yes, the Studio plan has dedicated features to do so right out of the box. The Pro subscription allows you to brand all apps (end-user). The Studio plans also allow for a rebranding of the entire CMS and products like Operator and Headjack Link for placement in various app stores.
